The whole package

Most hires fill one seat.
I’ve sat in all of them.

Strategy, leadership, delivery, and the build itself, in one person. Every claim below links to its proof.

The firm

Nublear Consulting.
Modern consulting for the AI era.

Nublear is my consulting firm: technology strategy, AI integration, and operational transformation for companies that need to scale. Performance-based contracts only, so clients pay for outcomes, not hours.

The flagships

Systems I designed, built,
and run every day.

Not demos. Not tutorials. Production systems with real users, real data, and real consequences, built hands-on from architecture to deployment.

AtlasAI Total recall, locally.

A permanent, local-first knowledge base that every AI session reads from and writes to. Thousands of indexed nodes covering every project, decision, and lesson, searchable in milliseconds on my own hardware.

  • Hybrid retrieval: full-text search fused with vector embeddings, ranked by authority, age, and trust rather than similarity alone.
  • Autonomous nightly pipeline: one model drafts session notes, and an independent model reviews every draft against its transcript.
  • Replicated with a strict single-writer design, so a copy can never overwrite the source of truth. Weekly search evals: ~98% recall.
The AtlasAI dashboard: systems status, knowledge-base coverage, and recently learned notes

Blair An assistant that does, not chats.

A native macOS assistant with a living interface: a real-time map of what she is attending to, her mood, and what she hears. Hold a key, say what you need. She does it and reports what actually happened.

  • TypeScript daemon plus Swift app, talking over WebSocket. Voice in, actions out.
  • She builds and maintains her own toolbox: a dozen standalone tools, from face recognition and credential-leak scanning to fleet health and remote outposts, each its own repo with a CLI.
  • Credentials she can use but never see: an encrypted broker injects secrets into commands without exposing them.
Blair's neural-engine interface: a live map of her mind over her room, with a spectrogram and hold-to-talk

Uncovered Insurance, built around you.

A company I co-founded: one platform for policyholders, their agencies, and insurance markets, starting with trucking. Policyholders keep their whole insurance story in Keeper; agencies get an AI that works the inbox for them.

  • Keeper: policies, claims, and correspondence in one record the policyholder owns and chooses to share.
  • For agencies: AI email operations that classify every message, draft the reply, and take action, under a human approval model the agency controls.
  • A directory and matching layer connecting carriers with the agencies and markets that fit them.
uncoveredapp.com: insurance software built around the policyholder, with a Keeper record

Built in a day

Quarry.
Posting in. Interview-ready out.

A native macOS app that reads a job posting, scores it against a verified career record, and writes a tailored resume. Then it fact-checks every single claim before it typesets a pixel.

  • SwiftUI app + engine: posting analysis, requirement matching with evidence, live PDF preview that re-typesets as you edit.
  • Writes only from a verified career record. An automated fact check rejects any claim the record can't support.
  • Three ATS-clean templates with automatic fit-to-page across five density levels.
Quarry's New Application screen: attach a job posting and Quarry matches it against your career record, writes a tailored resume, fact-checks every claim, and typesets it

The bench

And it goes deep.

120+ projects and counting: platforms, native apps, trading systems, and games, each one taken from first idea to working software. Here are a few favorites.

Before the code

Shipped for real clients.

Through Nublear, and as a consulting partner to Tensor Garden, I take businesses from “we should probably use AI” to systems running in production, plus the web presence to match.

AI email operationsWhite-glove deployment for a licensed freight property broker: a year of mailbox history learned, every email classified, drafted, and routed.
Conversational front deskTenant-aware AI receptionist for an IT managed-services provider. One brain, many clients, replacing an off-the-shelf chatbot.
Web presence that convertsMarketing sites for carriers, property managers, cleaning companies, and real-estate brokers: fast, bilingual where it matters, built to win work.

Let’s talk.

If you need someone who can run the operation and build the system, I’d like to hear about it. Strategy in the boardroom, code in production.
