The short version.
I started where operations are hardest to get right: 24 years at the Oregon Department of Human Services, the state’s largest agency. The last decade of it I managed statewide programs as an operations and policy analyst and project manager, applied Six Sigma under full public accountability, developed managers, and built the KPI systems agency leadership used to make decisions.
From 2022 to 2025 I was Chief Operations Officer of FOM Holding, an international holding company in Delft, working remotely as the Integrator to its founders: governance, venture incubation, KPI systems, and partnerships across markets. Before that I spent two years leading DevOps and technical operations for Clickout Media, a globally distributed digital company.
I’ve been consulting since 2020, and today I run Nublear Consulting, my technology and AI consulting firm, on performance-based contracts: clients pay for outcomes, not hours. I co-founded Uncovered, insurance software built around the policyholder, and I build for clients as a consulting partner to Tensor Garden.
These days most of my building happens alongside AI agents, and I designed the systems that make that trustworthy: a permanent knowledge base every session reads and writes, an assistant that reports what actually happened, and workflow engines with human approval gates. Everything on this site is something I made.
